these folling images are from my latest stage of documenting aspects of globilizations impacts, such as centrization of publc resources which includes municipal buildings, such as the county courts.
this location has an overbearing feel as the local centre of authority, the bold concrete architecture reinforces this ideal.

this is the first of three images exploring municipal buildings such as police stations, libraries, hospitals and so on. Personally i think that the cross processing of the reala film ive used really brings out the textures in the image and brings earthy colours through the otherwise grey concrete
second image shows how some colours such as the blues and whites on the sign have remained unchanged by the process while others are more dramatic
last image of my reala film test with cross processing around the county courts for Lancashire/blackpool and the police station behind, as im focusing on municipal buildings for this next stage in my project.
i like the slight blue fade the cross process has done to this image an d the slight manipulations of colours thats achived with velvia film. first image of three
